Here are the proposals to end the crisis made by the Coordination of the Union of Lower Guinea – Labésanyi and of the National Coordination of the Foulbhés and Haali-Poular of Guinea Following the meeting of the four Regional Coordination initiated by Elhadj Mamadou Saliou Camara, First Imam of the Great Fayçal Mosque and the Archbishop of Conakry, Monsignor Vincent Coulibaly, the leaders of the Coordination of the Union of Lower Guinea – Labésanyi and of the National Coordination of the Foulbhés and Haali-Poular of Guinea. The leaders of the Coordination of the Union of Lower Guinea – Labésanyi and of the National Coordination of the Foulbhés and Haali-Poular of Guinea met and reviewed the different problems that beset the country. They have led to the following proposals with a view to contributing to the appeasement of the social and political situation so that Guinea can find stability and peace for all.

A. On the political level:
1- The immediate end to the abuses and arrests happening throughout the national territory.

2- The unconditional release of all those who are illegally detained.

3- The immediate arrest and prosecution of the sponsors and executors of these crimes and other offenses against Guinean citizens.

4- The withdrawal of the Defense and Security Forces from all besieged areas of the country whose sole objective is to militarize them in order to muzzle them in blood. It has been proven that these Defence and Security Forces only serve to terrorize the population and not to combat insecurity.

5- Respect by the President of the Republic, by all the institutions of the Republic, by political parties and by civil society for the current Constitution.

6- That the idea of a new Constitution which only divides the Guineans and which leads to violence, deaths of men and the destruction of public and private properties, be publicly and solemnly abandoned by all stakeholders.
7- The immediate dissolution of the current Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) and its replacement by a truly independent and consensual electoral commission, supported by a United Nations Specialized Institution until the proclamation of the final results.

8- The cessation of the entire electoral process underway throughout the national territory, until the various national and international actors meet and agree on all the solutions to be considered for the organization of free, inclusive, credible and transparent elections by the end of 2020.

9- The complete resumption of the voter census so that the Guinean population, including that of the diaspora, is invited, without exception, to vote on the basis of a new credible and consensual electoral register.

B. On the social level:
1. The two Regional Coordination, the Union of Lower Guinea – Labésanyi and the National Coordination of the Foulbhés and Haali-Poular of Guinea bow piously to the memory of all those who have been cowardly murdered, present their sympathy to the grieving families and wish speedy recovery to the injured;
