Anti-third term protests: two people shot dead in Conakry and Labé.

The FNDC’s call for resistance is widely followed in several cities in Guinea.
This is materialized by a total paralysis of the main roads, the closing of shops and businesses, the total or partial cessation of activities or their slowing down depending on the location.
These cities in motion or partially paralyzed are: Conakry, Boffa, Boké, Kamsar, Sangarédi, Kolabounyi, Kindia, Kouriya, Tanènè, Dubréka, Fria, Coyah, Manéah, Maferinya, Mamou, Dalaba, Télémélé, Pita, Koubia, Labé, Tougué , Mali, Lélouma, Dabola, Dinguiraye, Kankan, N’Zérékoré, Macenta and Gueckédou.
Clashes took place between demonstrators and police, particularly in Conakry, Boffa and N’zérékoré. Soldiers from Elhadj Oumar Tall camp in Labé were deployed in the streets. They shot dead a young man.
Four (4) cases of arrest have been reported in Conakry. There is a wounded by in Bailobaya (Conakry). The victim is taken care of by the emergency services. Mamadou Sow “Aladji”, a 21-year-old student at Safia Ecolewho who is from Sannara, Tountouroun sub-prefecture (Labé) was shot dead in Cosa.
